Generally, rebates are not allowed for properties located in Alaska, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Tennessee, and West Virginia. 1st Option Realty's listing, agent referral and buyer brokerage services to its customers are governed solely by the 1st Option Realty Exclusive Agency Listing Contract, 1st Option Realty Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Contract, or Buyer Brokerage Agreements, respectively (individually, the "Customer Agreement") between 1st Option Realty and the customer. The "Customer Agreement" supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, between you and 1st Option Realty, its directors, officers or employees with respect to the duties and obligations of the parties. No employee, broker or agent of 1st Option Realty has authority, express or implied, to modify the terms of the Customer Agreement.
