All lenders require personal financial information in order to approve and fund your loan. Second, we utilize information that you provide to us for the purpose of providing you with advice and assistance.

What Information do we collect about you?

1. Loan Application Data. As part of the loan application process, we collect information required to obtain your loan approval and prepare your loan for closing. This information is collected only after you have voluntarily completed a mortgage loan application and request 1st Option Realty to process your loan application.
2. Personal Details and Contact Information. Part of your application data includes contact information that we use to provide customer support to you. All E-mail addresses collected at any time for any purpose are solely used by 1st Option Realty and all site visitors and loan applicants can opt out of any e-mail databases at any time.
3. Anonymous Profiles. For our own use, we collect anonymous profiles of customer usage information so that we can continue to improve our site. No anonymous profiles are shared with any third parties, and all aggregate data is considered proprietary and is not shared with any third party.
